The HL 1 model is a high-pressure piston pump in double or triple construction with an attached homogenising device. The pistons are arranged horizontally. The homogenising device is available as a single-stage or double-stage version depending on the use made of it. The various valve materials such as high-strength stainless steels and sintered materials mean that the most diverse products can be homogenised.

The cylinder block consists of high-alloyed, forged and corrosion-resistant stainless steel and is characterised by the use of a minimum of parts subject to wear. A higher CIP standard is ensured by the high-quality surface finish and the avoidance of dead spaces. Due to the multitude of cylinder block designs, the most diverse products can be processed both septically as well as aseptically .
